Program

Day 1. Camarao e Lulas

We meet in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique. We take time to acclimate to this bustling East African city with Portuguese influences. Spring is well underway and the jacarandas are in full bloom. The first evening we dine at a restaurant near the hotel, enjoying the tasty Mozambican cuisine, known among other things for the excellent "camarao e lulas" (shrimp and squid). We take time to get acquainted with each other. We sleep in a hotel by the sea.

Day 2. Local life

After a good night's sleep, we leave at the end of the morning for Marracuene, a peninsula with plenty of life. Here we meet the locals, explore the area and check into our next accommodation. At the end of the afternoon there is a life story session where we go into the storylines of the participants' lives. We dine at a local restaurant near our accommodation.

Day 3. Sunrise Kayak Tour

We start the day early to drive to our starting point for a beautiful Kayak tour through the mangroves. We enter the middle of nature, spotting birds and enjoying the rising sun. We also visit Pequono Xefina Island, a small island with only a few inhabitants where mangroves are cultivated. After our kayaking trip, we have a delicious lunch outside and then set to work translating our insights into actions and goals. We then travel towards Maputo, where we check in downtown at our hotel.

Day 4. Wildlife Spotting

The wake is very early, at 5:30 am we are picked up for a day trip to Maputo Elephant Reserve, an hour's drive away. We spot wildlife and explore the nature park which borders the sea. We have lunch in the nature park at one of the many lakes. In mid-afternoon, we return to travel to our next destination, a beautiful spot by the sea. Here we enjoy our dinner with a view.

Day 5. Relax and Reflect

Waking up by the sea. Delightful! What better way to start a day here than with a Yoga class. After a delicious breakfast there is room for a session of systemic work. We will actively work with your goals and action plan. Furthermore, today you can enjoy this beautiful place and let all the impressions of the past days sink in. In the evening we see the sun sink into the sea.

Day 6. Just a little while longer then...

Waking up by the sea again. Delightful! One last yoga class on the beach? Or take a dip in the ocean? It's still possible before we pack our bags for the last time. And after a last delicious breakfast we drive back to Maputo where we say goodbye to each other.
